Measuring over 240ft (80m) high, the Pistyll Rhaeadr waterfall is the tallest waterfall in Wales and the tallest signal drop waterfall in Britain.
Located just inside the Welsh boarder not far from Shrewsbury, it affords visitors the ideal opportunity to explore the nearby Brewyn Mountains.
The Pistyll Rhaeadr waterfall is the second image to feature in the Living Pictures catalogue of natural wonders across Britain. This animated Living Picture has been chosen as a finalist in the prestigious The Society of British & International Interior Design - (SBID) - International Design Awards for 2022.
Using the latest Sony A7R Mark IV camera with over 60 million pixels and a high shutter speed, this image of the Pistyll Rhaeadr waterfall is faithfully recreated in all its majesty in this stunning animated print.
