About Jim Dooley

Jim Dooley is one of the UK’s pre-eminent aviation and wildlife photographers. Our pictures are non-stock images which are exclusive to Jim Dooley Living Pictures and are sourced from our Collector’s Series. Thanks to Jim’s charitable work for the Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund, the leading welfare charity for the RAF, the former pop star and lead singer of the Dooleys has privileged access to photograph some of Britain’s most iconic images, including the world famous Spitfire, Hurricane and Lancaster in an air to air setting which together form the historic and much respected Battle of Britain Memorial Flight. Jim together with his late friend Robin Gibb of the Bee Gees, headed up an international fund raising campaign with the Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund to help build the International Bomber Command Memorial at Green Park to honour those RAF personnel who gave their lives during WWII. The International Bomber Command Memorial was unveiled by her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in 2012.
